This original mixed media painting is my interpretation of Exodus 15:2, The Lord is my strength and my song... What creatures depend more on God’s strength than birds? And, of course, He gives all of us our songs! I saw my first indigo bunting this summer at my bird feeding station outside my studio window. Stunning! The brilliant indigo blue makes my heart happy. 
 
This painting is 12”x12” on 7/8” thick birch cradle board. I can paint the edge whatever color you prefer (I was thinking about metallic gold, but I’m flexible). Ready to hang, no need to frame it unless you prefer framing. The copyright © line does not appear on the original art.
